The hotel is located on one of the most tranquil enclaves on the Andalusian coast in southern Spain, between Marbella and the Mediterranean marinas of Puerto Banús and Sotogrande. Not far from the picturesque village of Casares, Finca Cortesin is less than a mile from the beach and within easy reach of Malaga airport.
Each of the 67 spacious suites share the same elegant Andalusian styling. Sumptuous Travertine marble bathrooms are equipped with robes, slippers, professional hairdryers and generous pots of Penhaligon's toiletries. Freshly hand-cut flowers are placed in the room upon arrival. Most suites have terraces or balconies with views of the golf course, mountains, pool or sea.

Finca Cortesin's Michelin-star signature restaurant, Kabuki Raw, serves exquisite traditional Japanese dishes, while El Jardín de Lutz offers a relaxed ambiance and serves traditional Spanish cuisine. Don Giovanni offers the authentic taste of Italy, and The Beach Club serves Mediterranean cuisine.

• El Jardín - the hotel's rustic mainstay, where fish is a star of the show
• Kabuki Raw - a Michelin star restaurant, where you can watch chef Luis Olarra combine Japanese traditions with Mediterranean ingredients to form fabulous evening meals. Book early to secure the chef’s table right next to the open kitchen so you can watch Señor Olarra in action. Open seasonally

• Club House - open for breakfast or a casual lunch, where there are international and local favourites
• Beach club - a moreish Mediterranean menu on offer (open Wednesday till Sunday in April, May June and September; all week through July and August)
• The Pool 35 bar - serves light bites at lunchtime, open in the summer months only
• The Blue Bar, situated in the hotel lounge, is a lovely place for an ice-cold cocktail or two. Drinks can also be taken on the outdoor terraces or in the pool areas
• Last orders - dinner is served in the restaurants until 23:00 and the last cocktails are mixed in the bars until 02:00
• Room Service - a selection of sandwiches, soups, hot and cold starters and mains are available to order round the clock.

DRESS CODE:
The use of bathrobes and bathing costumes is restricted exclusively to the pool and Spa areas. Likewise, the use of footwear is mandatory at all times throughout the hotel, with the exception of those areas as mentioned previously.
After 9:00 pm in all public areas (except pool areas): Please refrain from wearing bathing attire, sportswear or shorts for gentlemen.
Kabuki Raw Restaurant & El Jardin de Lutz Restaurant: Smart Casual attire is appropriate. Please refrain from wearing sports shoes, shorts and t-shirts or sandals for gentlemen. Children over 10 years are welcome for dinner at Kabuki Raw restaurant.
Blue Bar: Adults only. Please refrain from wearing bathing attire.
Golf Club Clubhouse: It must be in full harmony with the game of golf. Please refrain from using t-shirts, jeans, athletic apparel or bathing suits. The use of non-appropriate footwear is also prohibited.
