Join organised walks through the lush gardens or immerse yourself in the island lifestyle and take part in a range of activities, from cooking demonstrations to Ladera carpentry shop tours. Let the beach shuttle take you to Malgretoute Beach (beach location subject to change and charges apply for sun loungers umbrellas) where you can welcome relaxation or explore the coastline with water sports.

You’ll find a yoga mat in your room, and you’re invited to join one complimentary yoga class on Monday to Friday. For something more vigorous, there’s also an air-conditioned gym which overlooks the sea and Pitons, an outdoor workout area at the resort’s treehouse, and the chance to join a hike to the top of Ladera Ridge with stunning Petite Piton views. You can also retreat to the sports and game lounge for a game of pool or table football.

Dasheene, Ladera’s award-winning restaurant, is known for its international dishes infused with St Lucian spices, farm-to-table concept and stunning views of the Pitons, sea and sunset. Dasheene’s daily menu provides an excitingly delicious combination of fresh caught fish, and locally grown and freshly picked produce, some straight from Ladera’s grounds. Pair your meals with international wines from the restaurant’s extensive cellar, home to over 500 varieties of wine. Sunset views are also on the menu at Dasheene’s T’Chilot Bar & Lounge, which offers Caribbean-inspired tapas and music to accompany the impressive backdrop.

In-room dining at Ladera is a fine-dining experience within the comfort and convenience of your own villa or suite. Whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner, choose any selection from the menus with the convenience of having it catered to your doorstep. In-room dining is available between 7:00am - 9:30pm (charges apply).
