A variety of activities are available, both on land and in water. To start, you can enjoy complimentary green fees at the nine-hole golf course on site (caddies are mandatory and cost extra) or take a free shuttle to the 18-hole Sandals St Lucia Golf & Country Club at Cap Estate. Divers of all abilities can book a scuba diving course at the PADI-certified school, while beachgoers try a range of water sports, including kayaking, windsurfing, snorkelling and paddleboarding. In the resort, you can also play croquet, bocce ball, beach volleyball or basketball.

Spend relaxed days lounging around the three pools or rent a private cabana on the idyllic sandy beach. You can also focus on your wellbeing at the Red Lane Spa, where you can book signature treatments that range from facials with tropical ingredients to aromatherapy massages (additional local charges apply). There’s also a modern fitness centre, where you can sign up for group fitness classes or personalised training sessions.

After sundown, you can enjoy an array of entertainment, including live music, dance lessons, poolside games and theme nights. You can also catch a free shuttle bus to the other Sandals resorts to access more facilities and entertainment options.

A range of dining options are available at the resort's nine restaurants. Set overlooking the Caribbean Sea, The Pavilion is a buffet-style restaurant that serves international cuisine for breakfast and lunch, followed by a la carte and buffet-style dishes for dinner. For lunch, you can also order made-to-order pizzas at Bella Napoli Pizzeria, or head to Neptune’s for fresh Mediterranean seafood dishes beside the sea.

La Toc is the place to sample classic French cuisine with fine wines, and Armando's provides an Italian fine-dining experience. At Kimono's, you can watch chefs cook teppanyaki-style dishes at your table, and Soy offers a tempting sushi menu. You can also dine al fresco at the popular Pitons, which serves authentic St Lucian and Caribbean dishes and desserts, or try classic British fare in the Cricketer’s Pub, including shepherd's pie, fish and chips and sausages with mashed potatoes.

Order a variety of beverages at one of the resort’s eight bars or take advantage of free poolside and beachside drinks service. You can also hop on a complimentary shuttle bus to dine at 12 restaurants at Sandals Grande St Lucian, or six restaurants at Sandals Halcyon Beach.

The dress code is mainly ‘resort casual’, which can include shorts or jeans, and tee shirts or polo shirts. Swimwear must be covered, and shirts and footwear are required. For dinner, some restaurants require resort evening attire, which includes dress trousers or jeans for men, and long or short sleeve dress shirts (with or without collar). Shoes or sandals should also be worn. Shorts, tee shirts, sleeveless shirts, hats, trainers, flip flops and slippers are not deemed appropriate resort evening attire.
