  Terms and conditions:

  1. To qualify for the Bonus Miles and Free Upgrade offer, all flights must be on British Airways operated services, flown between November 12th, 2001 and March 31st, 2002 inclusive. The eligible booking classes are: Euro Traveller & World Traveller (economy class): booking classes Y, B, H, K, L, M; UK Domestic and Shuttle: booking classes C, D, Y; World Traveller Plus (longhaul premium economy class): booking classes W, T; Club Europe (European business class): booking classes C, D; Club World (longhaul business class);booking classes J, D; First; booking classes F, A

  2. This offer is open solely to members of the British Airways Executive Club, locally registered and resident in Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Poland, Hungary, Russia, Ukraine, Moldavia, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Albania, Macedonia.
    The offer is also open to persons aged 18 and over who will join and register as local members of the Executive Club (residing in the latter countries) during the campaign period.

  3. The Free Upgrade voucher is valid for travel between April 1st, 2002 and September 30th, 2002 and is subject to availability of the applicable booking class. It is a one class, one sector upgrade, i.e. Euro Traveller (European economy class) to Club Europe (European business class); World Traveller (economy class) to World Traveller Plus (longhaul premium economy class)*. Club World (longhaul business class) to First.
    The Free Upgrade vouchers are not applicable from First to Concorde.
    *Exception: on services where British Airways does not offer World Traveller Plus, the upgrade will be from World Traveller to Club World.

  5. The upgrade voucher can be used in conjunction with any British Airways fare, including Executive Club free flight redemption bookings.

  6. The Bonus Miles will be credited automatically to your account once you have completed 2 and 4 sectors (as per table on the gateway page).

  7. The Free Upgrade vouchers will be issued on completion of 6, 8, 10, or 14 flight sectors up to maximum of 4 vouchers.

  8. Once the member has qualified for their Free Upgrade voucher, they will be informed in writing with information on how to book and redeem the Free Upgrade reward.

  9. No cash or credit will be offered as an alternative reward.

  10. This offer is subject to usual terms and conditions of the British Airways Executive Club.

  11. British Airways reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions of this in the event of any actual, anticipated, or alleged breach of any applicable law, or any other cause.
