Bermuda has the highest concentration of golf courses, per square mile, in the world. There are seven Championship golf courses scattered throughout the islands, which include Riddell’s Bay Golf & Country Club and the popular Port Royal Golf Course. Head to Belmont Hills for its tough handicap and spectacular surroundings or Turtle Hill for challenging short play that focuses more on accuracy than power.

Sightseeing in Bermuda revolves around its fascinating history and spectacular natural beauty. Visit the extraordinary town of St George’s, a UNESCO World Heritage Site or explore the forts that are scattered around the island. Head to the Dockyard for high-end shopping, followed by afternoon tea or a harbour-side cocktail at the Fairmont Hamilton – you must try a Dark and Stormy. Or emulate the look of Bermudian business men and pick up the popular striped shirt, bold tailored shorts and long socks combination.

From the elegant dining at Cambridge Beaches Tamarisk Dining Room to the famous Sunday brunch at the award winning Waterlot Inn. Indulge in the flavours of the Far East at Silk, a colourful and trendy Thai restaurant. Enjoy after-dinner drinks at the martini-style bar, The Pickled Onion - its live entertainment and fantastic harbour front location make it a City of Hamilton hotspot. Or go to Swizzle Inn, home to the world famous Rum Swizzle and Bermuda’s oldest pub and restaurant.

Bermuda is a beach lover’s paradise. The Mecca of the islands beaches is Horseshoe Bay, with its crescent of soft, pink beach. Tobacco Bay and Church Bay are a snorkellers dream, while the shallow waters of Shelly Bay are a favourite for families. Take a scenic walk along Bermuda’s south shore, where you can walk the length of Warwick Long Bay or join the kite boarders, beach volleyball players and joggers that gravitate to Elbow Beach.
