The Palladium Hotel Don Carlos provides the perfect blend of leisure and relaxation facilities for adults. The central poolscape is enriched with views of the island’s natural beauty and Mediterranean Sea. Ample sunbeds and umbrellas are propped on the spacious sundeck, near the poolside snack bar, and there’s a quiet area with Balinese beds. Within the pool, there’s a section with hydrotherapy water jets. From the pool, you can stroll down to the beach, past the lush, landscaped gardens, or head to the spa to treat yourself to a soothing massage or facial. Pool towels are provided free of charge.  

There are plenty of daytime and evening activities on offer, including table tennis, darts and billiards. You can join in an array of fitness classes – such as aerobics, yoga, Pilates and aqua-gym – or keep in shape at the fully equipped gym. The hotel also provides a picnic and bicycle parking service should you wish to book an excursion. In the evenings, listen to live music or watch open-air shows from the varied entertainment programme.

Mar I Cel is the main, contemporary dining venue, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner with self-service stations and interactive show cooking. You can relish a range of salads or meat, fish and rice dishes, paired with national and international wines – followed by a tempting selection of desserts and cakes. Vegan options are available on request, and chefs can cater for food intolerances, too. You can even dine alfresco here, on the restaurant’s lovely outdoor terrace.

For lighter meals, try the poolside snack bar where you can order sandwiches, wraps, ice creams and burgers, in addition to a range of premium drinks and cocktails. There’s also the lounge bar, where you relax with an aperitif and watch evening entertainment.
