Choose the perfect area for your Mauritius holiday

North coast.

In the north you’ll find the resort town of Grand Baie, a tourist hotspot which offers great dining and nightlife. Although many of the beaches have been claimed by the hotels that line the coastline, you can still find hidden inlets and quieter beachside villages nearby. Stay at the LUX* Grand Gaube  which is situated next to a quiet fishing village, on the north coast. Or get more for your money at the great-value Zilwa Attitude.

North west coast.

The sheltered north west side of the island is home to the capital, Port Louis – which is the islands largest city. East coast.
