These walks take place every Friday at 18:00 and require reservation at the hotel’s concierge desk two days prior, by 21:00 on the Wednesday. For wine connoisseurs , the Meet the Sommelier experience is a must, where the hotel’s Head Sommelier, Evangelos Psofidis, will enlighten you on fine wines while you sip to your heart’s content. These take place in the hotel’s Wine Library every evening except Thursdays and incur additional costs. Alternatively, a 40-minute wine tasting masterclass takes place at the Wine Library every Thursday evening, also at additional costs.
