The spirit of adventure that first propelled our pilots into the air continues to push us to create new flights of discovery. Our Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft represent our latest adventure. The Boeing 787-8 flies from London Heathrow to Austin, Calgary, Chengdu, Chennai, Hyderabad, Montreal, Philadelphia, Seoul and Toronto; the 787-9 flies to Delhi. The 787 fleet represents the first time we have been able to design a cabin interior from nose to tail.
Take a look inside our First class cabin on the 787-9 Dreamliner.
Created specifically for the Boeing 787-9, the new First suites have been painstakingly designed based on feedback from First customers, to put comfort at the heart of the experience and make the very best use of the more intimate space
The Boeing 787-9 will be flying to Delhi from 25 October 2015 and later to Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Austin, Kuala Lumpur and San Jose California.
With some of the largest aircraft windows in the sky, you’ll enjoy views of the horizon no matter where you sit in our Boeing 787-8 and 787-9 aircraft. Enjoy the latest in-flight entertainment and soothing mood lighting that gradually adjusts to create the ideal atmosphere. The fleet is also quieter, lighter and more fuel efficient than current aircraft, helping us minimise our impact on the environment as well as providing you with a more pleasurable travel experience.
Those experiencing our latest 787-9 aircraft can enjoy an even better travel experience to selected destinations. The evolution of our First cabin on the Boeing 787-9 plays a starring role. Specifically designed for the 787-9, our premium cabin has just eight seats, compared to the usual 14; extra storage space and a single dial to control seat recline, headrest, lumbar adjustment and lighting. It also features a larger screen on which to enjoy the latest films and TV programmes, as well as new touchscreen handset. World Traveller customers can unwind with enhanced headrests for a more comfortable overall experience.
