Terms and Conditions

  1. In order to collect Avios with a LOVEtheatre.com booking the customer must be a British Airways Executive Club Member and a LOVEtheatre.com member.
  2. In order to collect Avios via a LOVEtheatre.com purchase, a valid British Airways Executive Club membership number must be inserted in the booking process of LOVEtheatre.com.
  3. For every £1 (one) spent on new bookings, 3 (three) Avios points will be credited to the British Airways Executive Club account.
  4. Avios may be collected on any ticket or package on LOVEtheatre.com only. Bookings made via partner sites are not eligible to collect Avios.
  5. Payment can only be made in GBP and overseas banks may charge other fees over and above the currency exchange rates.
  6. Avios will be credited to the members account within 21 (twenty one) days of purchase.
  7. If the Avios are not credited after 21 days, please email avios@lovetheatre.com and note:
  8.    a) your booking confirmation number from LOVEtheatre.com, located in your confirmation email, and
       b) your British Airways Executive Club membership number.

  9. LOVEtheatre's standard terms and conditions apply to all bookings.
  10. LOVEtheatre.com do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases.
  11. Avios can be redeemed once recorded in the British Airways Executive Club account. If a Member has not earned or redeemed Avios or purchased or transferred Avios for 36 consecutive months, all Avios accrued to that date will expire.
