How to collect Avios with Preferred Hotels & Resorts

  1. You must provide your Executive Club membership number at time of check-in at participating Preferred Hotels & Resorts properties. View information about non-participating properties. Non-eligible rates include: government rates, package rates, negotiated corporate rates, tour operator rates, employee rates, travel industry rates, and group rates.
  2. The Executive Club number quoted and your name must match what’s held in your membership profile.
  3. Your Executive Club account will be credited with the applicable Avios approximately four to six weeks after your stay.
  4. If the Avios do not show on your account within six weeks, please email fflyers@preferredhotels.com.
  5. Please keep all copies of your original receipts until your Avios are credited to your account.
  6. If you want to claim missing Avios, your reservation must have been booked via Preferred Hotels & Resorts brand websites, Preferred call centers, or travel agents using a Global Distribution System.
  7. You can claim Avios for qualifying stays up to 6 months after the departure date from a participating hotel. To request claim missing Avios, please fax the hotel invoice and your request to: +1 312 913 1312, for the attention of: Frequent Flyer Retro Claim Desk. You can also email your request to fflyers@preferredhotels.com.
