We appreciate you taking the time to help us.
Club World London City is our exclusive business-class service transporting you between the financial hearts of London and New York. It's like having your own private jet:
With just 32 spacious seats across eight rows, our Club World London City cabin provides the highest levels of comfort and flexibility, whether you are working, eating, relaxing or sleeping:
Access email, text messages and light internet web browsing on your mobile phone during the flight with our OnAir connectivity service, exclusive to Club World London City.
The service is available from about ten minutes into the flight (phones must be switched off as usual for take-off and landing). You'll require an international roaming agreement with your mobile network provider and you will be billed through your normal network plan.
As a courtesy to other passengers, voice calls and Voice Over IP services such as Skype and FaceTime are unavailable.
Please note: Internet speed is comparable to GPRS.
Connectivity service is provided by OnAir and not all mobile network providers are compatible with this service. For a full list of compatible mobile network providers please visit the OnAir website for more details.
Inspired by some of the world's top chefs, our Club World London City menu serves up a range of irresistible dining options and refreshments to suit your taste and schedule:
All of our flights from New York operate a Sleeper Service designed to maximise your sleep time on board and help you brush off the jetlag.
You'll dine in the comfort of the lounge before boarding, where we will welcome you with a night cap before turning down the lights and leaving you to a long and undisturbed rest in your fully flat bed. We'll serve you a quick breakfast before we land, giving you enough time to freshen up for the day ahead.
Relax and recharge your batteries before the flight in a lounge stocked with fine wines and drinks, refreshments, newspapers and magazines. We also provide free Wi-Fi and a range of business facilities for when you need to work.
On flights departing from New York, you're also free to indulge in a luxury facial treatment or relaxing massage from acclaimed British spa and skincare brand Elemis.
We know how valuable your time is, so we've designed our service to take up as little of it as possible:
We believe in making business travel as stress free as possible. That's why we offer the City Business Team, a helpdesk service with a dedicated phone number for Club World London City customers to help with any travel query, from the moment you book until you return home. You can even nominate someone else to manage the booking on your behalf.
Our exclusive complimentary concierge service from Quintessentially Lifestyle is your passport to 24-hour expert travel advice, insider access to restaurants, events and more.
On our way to New York we make a brief stop to refuel at Shannon, Ireland. If you travel on flight BA001 you’ll be able to pass through US Customs and Immigration at the same time, meaning we can land in the United States as a domestic flight and you can bypass New York passport control.
If you are travelling on flight BA003 the crew will offer you refreshments and snacks on board during the short stop and provide you with an iPad for your personal use.
With Club World London City you can travel as light - or as heavy - as you like, thanks to our ample baggage allowance which includes one cabin bag plus a laptop or handbag on board and up to three bags in the hold.
That's a lot of bags. And with a quick call to First Luggage you could have them collected from your home and delivered straight to your destination. British Airways customers receive a five per cent discount.
We've teamed up with the Radisson Blu Edwardian New Providence Wharf Hotel in London to provide an arrivals service that will leave you relaxed, refreshed and prepared for your busy day ahead:
Booking is essential so please speak to a member of our customer service team at New York JFK check-in, in the lounge, or at the boarding gate to make arrangements.
