Check-in online on or on your mobile

Take the stress out of travelling, and check in up to nine people using or your mobile. Choose your seats and print or download your boarding pass onto your mobile as early as 24 hours before your flight is due to depart.

If you'd like to take more bags than your free checked baggage allowance, you can purchase up to 10 extra bags per person for you and your family before you check in online or on your mobile.

Check in at the airport

  • If you can't check in online or on your mobile you can still use a check-in kiosk at most airports. Save time with our quick and easy to use check-in kiosks, available at most airports.
  • Use the touch screen to choose your seats and check in within minutes.
  • You can also check in for your onward or return flight, if it’s within 24 hours.
  • Print your own boarding pass.

All you need is:

  • your booking reference, or
  • a form of identification (e.g. credit/debit card, Executive Club card or passport) and your flight number.

You can also go to a check-in desk where our staff will be pleased to help you.

When you've checked in

  • If you have a small, fully collapsible and lightweight pushchair with maximum dimensions of 44cm x 75cm x 105cm/17in x 29.5in x 41in, you'll be able to take this right to the aircraft door at most airports.
  • When you've checked in, take your baggage to the Bag Drop desk.
  • Some airports have dedicated 'Family Lanes' at security, so you can go through Security at your own speed. Ask at your departure airport if there is a 'Family Lane'.
  • At the departure gate, we'll invite families to board first, so that you and your family can get settled on board.
  • Airport staff will put your pushchair in the hold and will do all possible to return it to you on arrival at the aircraft door. All other pushchairs will be taken to the baggage carousel in the baggage hall.
