Stop off in the cosy town of Baden and enjoy its mineral-rich geothermal springs or visit the impressionist art Langmatt museum. Basel has a beautiful medieval town centre and provides a great choice of architecture and world class museums. Take a trip to the Basel Zoo or venture along the Rhine river before heading an hour or so drive back to Zurich.
