Our First lounge

If you’re looking for something a little lighter, make your way to our Market Table, which is filled with an assortment of fresh and seasonal bites.
We know that every minute is precious. So, whether you’re travelling for business or leisure, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout our lounge to allow you to continue to work or catch up on your favourite shows.
You’ll also have complete access to PressReader, where you can browse over 100 national and international publications. From news and business to lifestyle and travel inspiration, there’s something for everyone.
London Heathrow
The First Wing offers an enhanced check-in space for our First and Gold British Airways Club customers.
After passing through security you’ll have exclusive access to a dedicated walkway that leads you to the First Lounge and our flagship Concorde Room.
Ahead of your journey, our team will provide you with a hot drink, water and hot towels so that you can feel your best before you fly.
The Concorde Room
The Concorde Room embodies the epitome of elegance, and our First customers can access it at Heathrow Terminal 5.
Our lounges are welcoming and inviting spaces with plush furniture, beautiful chandeliers and eye-catching artwork.
The Concorde Room at Terminal 5 London Heathrow draws inspiration from the very best of British design, craftsmanship and heritage.
Aviation enthusiasts will have the opportunity to observe historical memorabilia, with the notable 13-foot nose from our Concorde aircraft now residing in the terrace area.
Feeling peckish? Indulge in pre-flight dining throughout the lounge. If you fancy a spot of privacy, tuck into your meal in one of our comfortable private dining booths. We offer a full waiter service and a seasonal à la carte menu, which has been carefully crafted by our talented team of chefs.
Our hosts will be happy to pair your meal with a selection of the finest Champagnes and wines from around the world.

Eligibility
The First lounges are available for passengers who are:
- Flying on a scheduled British Airways flight in First.
- A Gold member of The British Airways Club on a scheduled flight operated by British Airways or one of our oneworld partners.
- An Emerald member of any of the oneworld airline frequent flyer programmes on a scheduled flight operated by British Airways or one of our oneworld partners.
- Over the age of 18 or, if under the age of 18, accompanied by a responsible adult. Local laws relating to the consumption of alcohol will apply.
- At our overseas lounges, access to Concorde Dining Room is for customers travelling in First.
As an Emerald member, you're welcome to invite one guest per each departure flight to join you in the First lounge. Guests must be travelling with British Airways or one of our oneworld partners.
The Concorde Room at London Heathrow Terminal 5 is available for passengers who are:
- Flying on a scheduled British Airways flight in First.
