You need to be at least 18 years old and have a British Airways Executive Club. You will also have to link your British Airways Executive Club to your Red By Dufry Membership Account and select it as preferred partner within the Red By Dufry mobile app.

You can collect Avios on many products (some exclusions apply, see below) at participating stores operated by Dufry at Heathrow, Barcelona, Madrid and more airports in Spain. You can see the full list of stores in the Terms and Conditions below.

Certain products or product categories, such as Tobacco or Alcohol, may be excluded and you won’t be able to collect Avios when you buy them. For further details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

When you buy products that you can collect Avios on at a participating store, show your Red By Dufry membership card and have your Red By Dufry QR code scanned.

You’ll collect 1 Avios per £1/€1 spent when you buy eligible products at participating Dufry stores. A maximum of 3,000 Avios can be collected each time you shop. There’s also maximum number of 2 transactions per day and 30 per month.

Your Avios will be awarded within 72 hours. Just to let you know, you can’t apply for Avios afterwards if you haven’t scanned the app or met the requirements. For further information, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

1. This offer is jointly provided by (1) Dufry International AG and (2) Avios Group Limited (AGL) (each a “Promoter” and jointly the “Promoters”).
2. To be eligible for this offer, a participant must be at least 18 years old, be a Member of the British Airways Executive Club (“BAEC”) and hold a valid Red By Dufry account (“Eligible Participant”). In order to verify eligibility for the Offer, the Promoters may require that an Eligible Participant provide proof of age and identity.
3. To earn Avios, an Eligible Participant must go to their Red By Dufry app and link their BAEC account to their Red By Dufry account and select that linked account as their preferred account. A BAEC account can only be linked to one Red By Dufry account and the holder of the linked accounts must be the same person.
4. A onetime bonus of 250 Avios for each Red By Dufry member will be credited once in their lifetime, after linking your first BAEC account to your Red By Dufry account and completing a qualifying transaction.
5. Qualifying Spend is the final price, excluding any applicable taxes, for the purchase of Eligible Goods (see below) at a Participating Dufry Store (see below) made by an Eligible Participant who has presented their Red By Dufry QR Code for scanning when making an eligible purchase.
6. Earn Rate and Limits: The earn rate is 1 Avios per £ of Qualifying Spend. A maximum of 3,000 Avios can be earned per transaction. A limit of 5 transactions per day and 30 per month applies, i.e., any transactions in excess of such limits will not constitute a Qualifying Spend. If the purchased goods are returned, the Avios credit will be reversed automatically.
7. Refer to clause number 15 to see the full list of Participating Dufry Stores.
8. Eligible Goods: With the exception of (i) products listed as non-eligible goods on the following list [Refer to clause number 15] or (ii) products labelled in store to be excluded from earning Avios, all goods sold at Participating Dufry Stores are eligible to earn Avios.
9. Earned Avios will typically be awarded within 72 hours of a Qualifying Spend.
10. Retrospective claims for Avios are not possible.
11. Each Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without any liability. Each Promoter reserves the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this offer and/or to deduct or reverse Earned Avios if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent or unlawful.
12. The Promoters and their affiliates, agents or subcontractors will not be liable or accept any liability vis-a-vis an Eligible Participant or other person for any loss or damage or for any personal injury or death arising out of or in connection with this offer or a persons participation. Mandatory statutory rights, that cannot be excluded, are not affected.
13. This offer shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Basel, Switzerland. Legal recourse against the Promoters is excluded to the extent permitted.
14. The Promoters decisions regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Participants about it.
