How to collect Avios with Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel

  1. Make sure you quote your Executive Club membership number when you make a booking and again when you check in to your hotel and request Avios for your stay.
  2. Please keep all copies of your original receipts until your Avios are credited to your account.
  3. Avios will be posted to your account four to six weeks after the completed stay.
  4. If your Avios have not appeared in your account by this time, please contact frequentflyer@fairmont.com, frequentflyer@raffles.com or frequentflyer@swissotel.com quoting your British Airways Executive Club membership number and hotel booking details.
