British Airways Means Business For Leisure Travellers

British Airways has launched a new business class leisure fare that is up to 50 per cent lower than existing Club fares.

The new fare is available on short-haul routes from Heathrow and London City return Club Europe flights, incorporating an overnight stay on a Saturday.

The new fares will make travelling in Club Europe (business class) even better value. Customers travelling in Club Europe benefit from dedicated airport check-in, extra space on board, a more generous luggage allowance, Club Europe dining and access to the elegant British Airways lounges.

Robin Glover-Faure, British Airways’ head of short-haul said: “These new fares will mean flying in Club Europe is no longer just for special occasions. Flying with British Airways is all about flying with style, and now more leisure travellers can enjoy the benefits of Club Europe at great value prices.”

Some examples of the new fares available from Heathrow and London City:

Amsterdam was £411   now £239
Zagreb was £309   now £236
Bergen was £456   now £228
Paris was £435    now £257
Hanover was £481   now £249

The new Club Europe leisure fares are the latest in a range of value added fare initiatives introduced for British Airways short-haul travellers.  Others include hand baggage only fares, offering a discount for travelling without hold luggage and same day return fares for leisure travellers enjoying weekend day trips.

All British Airways short-haul flights include a generous luggage allowance and complimentary drinks and snacks on every flight.
