  1. Collection rates are 5 Avios per €1. If the pass is not paid in pounds sterling, then the currency will be changed to pounds sterling at the Lounge Pass exchange rate applicable on the date of booking.
  2. During booking customers must enter their British Airways Executive Club membership number at the payment stage to collect Avios. The surname of Executive Club account Member must match the surname on the Lounge Pass reservation.
  3. Only one Avios award per booking.
  4. Avios will be awarded within 14 days following the date of use of the Lounge Pass product.
  5. For missing Avios, contact Lounge Pass by email via info@loungepass.com.

Heathrow Express rail transfers

Heathrow Express is the smarter way to travel between Heathrow and central London – departing Heathrow and Paddington every 15 minutes, taking just 15 minutes.

  • Just enter your membership number when you purchase tickets in advance using the dedicated Heathrow Express website for Executive Club Members. (You cannot collect Avios on tickets purchased on the train, at the airport or via any other website.)
  • To be eligible to collect Avios, the name on the ticket must match that of the British Airways Executive Club account holder
  • Avios will be awarded 21 days after the booked travel date; Avios will not be awarded for tickets cancelled. Avios are not awarded for credit card bookings, delivery or amendment fees
  • Children aged 15 years and under travel for free

The Cabify app helps you book a car trip in two simple steps offering a premium service with professional drivers at your disposal. What’s more, you will be charged the best price, which you will know in advance, regardless of traffic or route 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Now, as a Member of the British Airways Executive Club, every time you travel with Cabify you will collect 1 Avios per 1km of journey when using either the Lite or Executive categories in Spain.

You’ll also collect an additional 400 Avios* bonus after downloading the app and travelling for the first time.

*Promotion valid for British Airways Executive Club Members who haven't enjoyed any previous discount or benefit in Cabify. The Avios bonus will be credited in your British Airways Executive Club account within seven days.
  1. CABIFY will award Avios to customers who are Members of the British Airways Executive Club (BAEC) programme ("Programme Members").
  2. Programme Members who use Cabify services in the territory of Spain will receive 1 Avios for every €2 spent in the Lite and Executive categories.
  3. Programme Members must follow the following steps to obtain Avios:
    a. The Programme Member must enter their British Airways Executive Club membership number in the CABIFY App, in the section of the SETTINGS / PROFILE and LOYALTY PROGRAMME section.
    b. When CABIFY service is requested, the CABIFY account holder name must be the same name in the Programme Member account at the time of the trip.
    c. You can only have one BAEC account active per CABIFY account at a time.
    d. The CABIFY account cannot accumulate points simultaneously with other Programmes.
    e. Avios will only accumulate in the Programme that is registered. If the user incorrectly enters the FF Programme number, it is full responsibility as a user, and the corresponding Avios will not be credited.
  4. The Avios are issued and redeemed in accordance with Avios Terms and Conditions.
  5. A 400 Avios bonus will be given to each new customer Programme Member who downloads the CABIFY application and makes first use of any service, Lite or Executive, paying a price to which discounts or other benefits offered by CABIFY. A single bonus of 400 Avios is payable once to each Programme Member.
  6. Obtaining Avios is not cumulative with other promotions.
  7. The holder of the CABIFY account must be a Programme Member at the time of the trip.
  8. The Avios will be credited to the account of the Programme Member within 15 days after the use of the service.
  9. The use of Avios obtained in this promotion are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the British Airways Executive Club.
