Our World Cargo team have many years’ of experience transporting animals. You can rely on their knowledge and expertise to reassure you that your pet, which will travel in the aircraft hold, will be safe and looked after as if they were our own.
This scheme, offered by the UK Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) allows cats and dogs to travel between some countries and UK airports avoiding quarantine.
If your Assistance Dog has been specifically trained to assist you and is qualified by one of the organisations registered as a member of Assistance Dogs International then we will carry your dog free of charge in the cabin.

Any restrictions travelling out of the UK are dependent on the requirements of the destination country.
If you are travelling to the UK your dog must meet the requirements of the UK Pet Travel Scheme and travel on routes approved by Defra to travel in the cabin.
We have to limit the number of assistance dogs we can carry in the cabin, so let us know about your dog when you make your booking, and at least 7 days before your flight departs.
