Hotel Cipriani, A Belmond Hotel, Venice is home to the only swimming pool in central Venice. It is heated, Olympic-sized and filled with filtered seawater. The pool area is also the setting for some spectacular events, such as the resorts celebrations during the Redentore festival held each July. An evening of sumptuous dining and entertainment around the pool culminates in watching the stunning firework display from the Fondamenta della Zitelle.

Dining information

The hotel has three restaurants and two bars, including the Michelin-starred Oro which gets its name from a gold-leaf ceiling, and Cip’s Club – a hot spot in the city for local cuisine in a privileged location on the canal. Serving Venetian specialities and fresh fish from the Rialto Market for lunch and dinner. The dining room is suspended over the water and enjoys views of St. Mark’s. Giudecca 10 offers authentic Italian dining in a trattoria, paired with specially selected wines, Porticciolo Pool Bar is open for a buffet lunch, serving pizzas, pasta, grilled meats and salads and Gabbiano Bar is perfect for pre or post-dinner drinks. Try a signature Bellini cocktail or wind down with a nightcap in the Piano Bar.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) there will be thermal temperature screening procedures in place and you will be required to wear a face mask in all public areas. Reservations are required for all meal times and you are recommended to use the QR code to access restaurant menus on your phone. Access to the gym and beauty treatments are available on request and there will be no fitness classes available at this time. Pool capacity is limited to 60 guests at any one time and tennis courts can only be used for lessons which need to be booked in advance. A turndown service, mini-bar, espresso machine, tea and coffee making facilities and laundry service are all available on request.
