Overview

Windsor Hills Resort has a fantastic location, only two miles from Walt Disney World and very close to Orlando's other main attractions such as Universal Studios and SeaWorld, making the resort a popular one with British tourists. The resort has gated security.

With the Disney parks only ten minutes away, you’ll find plenty of time to relax in the Club House, which has its own small cinema. Check out the games room, before trying the tennis courts and taking a dip in the communal pool.

Homes are furnished with a master bedroom with a king-size or queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people - they may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed with additional bathroom. Villa occupancy rates are as follows: - five bedroom properties: maximum of 10 guests, six bedroom properties: maximum of 12 guests.

The pools are the focal point of this popular resort, and you’ll find a friendly atmosphere. There’s a fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment and a games room is equipped with pool tables and video games. The on-site clubhouse also has a shop for food, newspapers and other essentials. Other communal facilities include tennis and basketball courts as well as sand volleyball.

The communal swimming pool is made that bit more exciting with children’s water slides, though note that a height restriction applies. There is also a play area available especially for the kids.

Dining information

All homes have a fully fitted kitchen as standard. Kitchen facilities include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Local supermarkets are easily accessible to purchase fresh ingredients, or dining out in Orlando is an attractive option due to the variety of eateries located here. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party.
