High Grove is located just north from the US192 on the US 27, just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort, a great position to access all the theme parks and coastal resorts. The resort lies two minutes away from the US92 where a variety of restaurants and shops can be found. Nearby is the WalMart Super Centre, making home cooking even easier.
The homes located in the close-knit gated community of High Grove are Tuscan-inspired, featuring barrel tile roofs and paved pool areas. The homes have a Mediterranean feel, with a distinctive look that is different to usual Floridian homes. Each home is air-conditioned, well-equipped and spacious. The rooms and furnishings are basic and could benefit from a refurbish, but they are comfortable.
High Grove homes can be very popular and social but you’ll have your own screened pool complete with furnished patio area, offering a welcome retreat for some outdoor eating and lounging in the sun. If travelling between October and May, pool heating is recommended and available for a supplement; please contact the home if you would like to add on this additional extra.
This cosy neighbourhood benefits from a wealth of activities for adults and children alike. The little ones can play in the arcade room or their very own kids' play area. Adults can refresh and keep fit in the work-out room or unwind in the spa. There is also a central clubhouse with community swimming pool, computer room and sports lounge - a great family area where people of all ages can watch the large-screen TV and use the books, board games, pool and football tables and dart board. Free tea and coffee is also available in the clubhouse.

• Every villa has an en suite bedroom with king or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to two people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s).
• In the spacious living room there is a television/DVD player to watch a family film, plus all towels/linens are supplied for your convenience.
• Occupancy levels are as follows: - 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 8 people - 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people.
• Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be placed in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels.
Dining information
High Grove villas are perfectly equipped for a self-catering holiday. The kitchen comprises a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and vacuum cleaner. A separate dining room is great for communal dining and affordable ingredients can be bought from the nearby supermarkets.
Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party.
