The hub of the hotel is the pool area which is surrounded by the resort itself. There are two to choose from (as well as a whirlpool) and plenty of comfy loungers to sink into. The fitness centre is fully equipped with treadmills, exercise bicycles, benches and free weights plus you also have access to a great range of water sports on the beach including sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and fishing (extra charges apply).

The star attraction is the hotel’s vast on-site Secrets Spa. It’s one of the biggest on the island and features a fantastic indoor pool with a hydrotherapy water circuit and spa jets, water beds, massage seats, a whirlpool, shower temple and a cold plunge pool as well as a foot spa and ice fountain. In addition, the spa offers a sauna, steam rooms and a Turkish bath (hammam). There’s an extensive menu of therapeutic, relaxation and sports massages and a range of wellness packages including aromatherapy, physiotherapy, electrotherapy and wrapping packages. Access to the spa is complimentary for Preferred Club guests, otherwise charges apply.

Dining information

The hotel features seven on-site restaurants, catering for all palates, and four bars. The Market Cafe is the main restaurant serving buffet breakfast as well as dinner. There are several stations including a healthy corner, fresh fruit juice, fresh fruit and eggs made to order for breakfast while in the evening, themed buffets with local and international specialities, vegetarian and dietary options are provided, plus you can watch chefs preparing signature dishes at live cooking stations. The Seaside Grill is located alongside the pool, boasting panoramic Atlantic Ocean views. It’s open for lunch, offering a tasty menu of Mediterranean specialties, rice dishes and fresh seafood. Raised above sea level, with spectacular views of the islands of Lobos and Lanzarote, is the Bay Lounge. It’s a chilled environment where you can savour dishes made from local ingredients with a refreshing cocktail. The hotel’s more formal restaurants are Olio for traditional Mediterranean selections, the Italian trattoria Nebbiolo Ristorante, Chozo for local and Canary Islands cuisine complemented by fine wines and the Pan Asian restaurant Himitsu. Be sure to try the set Teppanyaki menu followed by rice (sake) or plum (umeshu) liqueur.

Barefoot Bar is a laid-back venue, located beside the sea, while Sugar Reef is positioned on the hotel’s pier. It’s furnished with Bali beds and offers a relaxing space to totally chill with a drink. Rendezvous is open all day for teas and coffee, in addition to a varied cocktail and drinks menu. As the sun sets, head over to the nightclub Rock & Ball, open until the small hours.

Upgrade to half board to enjoy breakfast and dinner served in the main buffet restaurant (Market Cafe). Please note drinks are not included during dinner service. For an additional charge you can enjoy dinner in one of the themed restaurants with a EUR 20 discount (per person) applied to the final bill.
