Customer Service Manager (CSM)

From the moment I joined Mixed Fleet I realised I had made the right decision. In fact you could say it was the week before, when my new manager called to welcome me to the team. It soon became apparent how exciting and diverse the role of Customer Service Manager is at Mixed Fleet. There are the standard responsibilities like being the in-charge crew member on both long and short haul. But then there are also more unusual tasks like recruitment projects, training and even some promotional work in Vogue magazine.

Mixed Fleet is growing rapidly which means there are plenty of prospects. I hope my current role is just the start of a long lasting career. Being such a large business, BA offers a huge support network which extends from my peer group to all departments of the business. As a manager I’ve been given a number of ground days which have allowed me to attend training days to enhance my skills and learn from different areas of BA.

Meet some more Customer Services Managers

The thing I enjoy most about the role is the diversity. One day I could be in the BA recruitment centre interviewing potential new crew members and the next I’ll be at our headquarters having a meeting – all before a weekend lying on a sun bed on a five-day trip to Mauritius.
