Customer Service Manager (CSM)
I joined mixed fleet as a CSM from its inception in November 2010. With ten years experience I was keen to take on a new and exciting challenge – and I’m pleased to say British Airways have surpassed my expectations. During the last six months I have seen the fleet grow at a rapid pace from just three destinations to more than a dozen!
We’re a dynamic fleet in the sense we have a wealth of talent which is constantly being stretched, challenged and expanded upon. So far I’ve personally been involved with a combination of mentoring, coaching and learning all underpinned by a sense of fun. I’ve been so impressed with the development of the cabin crew. From looking after guests on-board and taking their first ever meal order in Club World to gathering information about flight plans in First. Having these opportunities and experiences are vital for the career of any cabin crew member and Mixed Fleet is truly a place where you can be outstanding.
