Would you like to help solve real business problems by extracting, analysing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and influence the Commercial function of British Airways?
Here in Commercial Performance, we deliver the insights that drive decision-making across the Commercial directorate, from long-term revenue forecasting and setting revenue targets, to making pricing and inventory decisions and informing marketing campaigns. We also look at the customer proposition to focus on customer retention and acquisition, and support partnerships too – such as the integration of bmi and the growth of our joint businesses with Iberia, American Airlines, Finnair & Japan Airlines.
Once on board, you’ll join other graduates on our two-year programme with rotating placements within the department. We’ll give you an in-depth and broad exposure to the way the business sources, manages and promotes our revenue channels. You’ll work alongside a team of graduate and professional colleagues, all the way up to Senior Management.
