Next Steps

Whichever programme you join, you should be ready for anything. Working on live projects, with real impact, your placements could see you enjoying a variety of unexpected responsibilities and uniquely fascinating challenges.

We are expecting to open applications from mid-November and if you have already registered your details to enter our competition, we will be in touch to let you know when you can apply. If you haven’t entered our competition yet, go to http://www.thinkyouknowus.co.uk\comp to register. Please note that our Finance Programme is not due to be opening for applications this Autumn. Visit our pages early next year for an update on this programme.

In the meantime, visit out events pages to see when we are next at a campus near you.

Selection

When we are open for applications, you will be required to complete three key on-line stages and if you are successful you will be invited to take part in an assessment day. This is likely to include some or all or some of the following: psychometric tests, telephone interview, group discussion, work-related exercise and interview. For some programmes you will be required to attend a second assessment stage. Assessments take place at our Waterside offices, near Heathrow Airport. For our Newcastle based IT Graduates, interviews will be held out of our Newcastle offices.

Once assessments have been completed, we’ll make offers for places subject to references, confirmation of qualifications and medical requirements. All programmes usually start in the Autumn.

Please note, you must possess the right to live and work in the UK indefinitely without sponsorship from British Airways. We’ll also require proof if you’re invited to an assessment day.
