Go to a meeting about BMI, a big acquisition that's impacting a lot of people in my analysis group. We're looking at the passenger and revenue forecasts that I've modelled. There's a lot to evaluate: ticket prices, routes, frequencies and so on.

One of our clients would like us to structure a way to look at the key capacity requirements of the airport many years into the future. I'm thinking about the key contacts around the organisation that I need to involve, and the variables and scenarios that we need to discuss. I complete most of the data analysis using a package called SAS – which is a powerful tool to use.
