Our selection process

We advertise analytical roles throughout the year so visit this Hub frequently.  We ask for a CV at application along with a couple of application questions that relate to the particular role we are looking for.

Telephone interview is often the next step, and you are given the opportunity to speak with one of the managers in the analytical area the role is in.Subsequently we may invite you in to meet us face to face for an interview, numerical testing and perhaps a work-related exercise where we ask you to analyse real life data.

Of course you’ll have the chance to ask questions and learn more about the team and the work we do.
